May 2nd
My English ISU presentation went well today besides the fact that I exceeded the given time. I always seem to do that for my presentations, it’s like I save all my babbles during spare time for presentations or something. I dunno, I just always have a lot of talk about when I’m relaxed up there. The topic of discussion was whether prostitution should be legalized in our society and when I was wrapping it up with the whole class, majority of the class (is brown) was just staring at me and said: no. No what? No opinion? Or it shouldn’t be legalized? “We are brown, so we’ll just say no.”
I can’t wait for university, really. I just looked at the courses UT offers both in the Faculty of Music and Arts and Science, they are intriguing. List of the courses I wanna take:
-Italian and English in vocal music
-classical Chinese music
-Art history
-Archeology
-Eastern Asian studies
…-standard Chinese/classical Chinese
…-Japanese
-Philosophy
…-Philosophy of Human Sexuality
…-Marx and Marxism
…-Aesthetics
…-Philosophy and Psychoanalytic Theory
…-many many more
-Architecture/design
-Fine art
-Anthropology
My goodness. I just freaked myself out.
C’mon, it’s May, let it be warmer and hailless. It IS going to be warmer next week though, and as tangential as it is, I’m gonna get a hole in my ears on Friday. I think. And so much shopping awaits, but right now I just feel the shiver when I thinking about spending money ever since I got my prom dress. Eeeek.
- just a day | Time: 3:34 am (UTC+8)
YES!! MORE EARRING SHOPPING!!

I too wish I had seen the faces on the brown guys. Don’t take too many courses already! My supervisor says even 4.0 credits are more than enough take in a year, but try telling that to the degree requirements.

nah, it won’t. the actual piercing part won’t hurt very much at all (pinch your arm, it’s about the same feeling), and then afterwards your ears will feel a little throbby, but that’s about it. the only pain you really feel is when you accidentally catch a finger or a shirt on your new studs because you’re not used to them yet

nah.. I’m not planning to take all of these coures in my first year, I need practice time as well.hehe. I just really want to take them at some point of my uni years.
I just don’t know how I’m gonna sleep with those studs on - I move a lot when I sleep. And as Ivan puts it: you are getting a hole in your ears after all… eek. So I’m gonna mentally make it hurt a lot on my side.. I dunno. Still haven’t decided if I can endure the pain. =P

Nice. Certain stores in Pmall do it for like 8 bucks and Claire’s does it for around $19. =T
